Every meeting room features ergonomic furnishings, tackable wall surfaces, flip charts, white boards, adjustable light levels and individual climate controls. We are capable of handling your most sophisticated requirements, including computer labs and multimedia presentations.

Our 40 conference and breakout rooms provide outstanding facilities for over 800 guests and the elegant NorthPointe Ballroom is ideal for your general session, post-meeting reception or special event.

Continuous coffee break stations provide immediate refreshment throughout the day. Stocked with delicious beverages, fresh baked pastries, cookies, sweets and healthful snacks, there's something to satisfy every palate.

Our commitment to heightened personal service is real.  One of our experienced Conference Planners is assigned to each conference group and is thoroughly proficient in providing effective meeting room setups, menus, special event planning, A/V equipment and services, as well as other special needs.
